Since 2003, the label has became successful for not only the rapper, but his appointed label artists. The label also had once signed The Game to G-Unit. After the departure of the rapper, G-Unit had signed on a new roster of talent to the growing label. 50 Cent has expressed interest in working with artists outside of G-Unit. Lil' Scrappy, Freeway, LL Cool J and Mase are working with 50 Cent in the release of their albums. The rappers listed below are signed acts under the G-Unit Records label.
Artists
50 Cent- Is the founder of the label. An artist signed to Aftermath and Shady Records, 50 Cent has release the solo debut Get Rich or Die Tryin and The Massacre in the previous years. The third album is scheduled for release in 2007.;
Lloyd Banks- Released the debutThe Hunger For More was released in 2004. The album released the smash singles "On Fire", "I'm So Fly" and "Karma". His sophomore album, Rotten Apple, was released in 2006.;
Tony Yayo- Released the debut album, Thoughts of A Predicate Felon in 2005. The rapper is planning on releasing his sophomore album in 2007.;
Young Buck- Released the debut album, Straight Outta Cashville in 2004. His second album tentatively titled Buck The World is scheduled tentatively in 2007.;
Olivia- Was previously signed to J Records. While on G-Unit, Olivia is scheduled to release her upcoming album, Behind Closed Doors, will feature members of G-Unit and many notable producers.;
Mobb Deep- Were previously signed to Loud Records and Jive Records. After signing with G-Unit, the rap group released their album Blood Money in 2006.;
M.O.P. - Were previously signed to Loud Records and Roc-A-Fella Records. The group is working on finishing their album. The group is working with G-Unit to release their album. There is no confirmed date on their album release.;
Spider Loc- Was previously signed to Death Row, the Los Angeles based artist is working with G-Unit to release his debut album, The West Kept Secret. This album is tentatively scheduled for release in the near future.;
Hot Rod- An Arizona based artist who joined G-Unit in 2006 and is preparing for his debut album, Fastlane, which is tentatively scheduled for release.;
